A bit about me
Hello! I'm Summer
I live down on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall now, but I’m originally from Spain. I'm an online fitness and nutrition coach and I’ve always loved moving my body, especially if it’s outside and involves the mountains or the sea. I’ve been vegan for a good few years.
Bit controversial for a fitness coach, but I actually really don’t like the gym. I think movement should be fun and nutrition should be simple (and enjoyable - hence the massive biscuit →)
Whether you prefer working out at home, in the gym, on a beach or up a mountain - it’s all movement, and it all counts. It’s about finding what feels good for you.
It’s not about building some crazy routine overnight, it’s about slowly adapting your habits into healthier ones that actually fit your life and help you reach your goals sustainably.
I used to be in the Royal Navy, but after an injury took over my life for a bit, I decided to go down a different route. I’ve gone from barely being able to walk to signing myself up for a marathon next year - and I’m more determined than ever not to let anything hold me back.
Everyone’s fitness journey looks different, and that’s what I love about it. Helping someone feel healthy, confident, and able to do all the things they want to do honestly never gets old.
