I believe nutrition should be simple, enjoyable, and most importantly, sustainable. Counting calories should be a short-term tool to help you learn about food - not something you do forever. And endless hours of meal prepping should honestly be illegal! You should still be able to eat the foods you enjoy while reaching your goals.
